&#9;<li>Provide Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supervision in accordance with requirements from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
&#9;<li>Conduct behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans
&#9;<li>Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans for assigned caseload
&#9;<li>Monitor skill acquisition programming and provide training to enhance treatment outcomes for assigned caseload
&#9;<li>Maintain regular communication with school staff and supervisors
</ul>

<br><strong>Job Duties and Responsibilities</strong><br> 

<ul>
&#9;<li>Conduct psychoeducational assessments for referred students in accordance with California Department of Education and Federal guidelines.
&#9;<li>Prepare comprehensive, legally defensible written reports of assessment findings with diagnoses and specific recommendations, in accordance with State and Federal guidelines.
&#9;<li>Certify pupilsâ eligibility for placement in special education services, programs or classes in accordance with their individual physical, mental and emotional needs.
&#9;<li>Participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings, following due process timelines.
&#9;<li>Provide counseling services to students, as needed.
&#9;<li>Provide consultative support to administrators, parents, students, school-based personnel and SPG staff on matters pertaining to special education procedures and guidelines, mental health issues, child development, student behavior, learning problems and relevant intervention strategies and recommendations.&nbsp;

&#9;<li>Conducting ethically and legally defensible CA school-based services
&#9;<li>Conducting appropriate assessments, writing comprehensive evaluation reports
&#9;<li>Consulting and collaborating with Parent/Teacher/IEP Team regarding service delivery
&#9;<li>Targeting modification, accommodation and/or generalization of skills
&#9;<li>Maintaining daily therapy logs, data collection, attendance registers
&#9;<li>IEPs: Writing goals in support of curricular standards&nbsp;
&#9;<li>Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
