Job Description
SPG Therapy & Education, one of the most highly regarded multidisciplinary pediatric providers in California, is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to work with students with Autism and related disabilities. Salary - $27.00 - $32.00 per hour (starting at $24 for BTs).

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Implement Behavior Intervention Plans
- Work with students using ABA to manage challenging behaviors and increase skill acquisition
- Collect data
- Support teachers and staff with managing challenging behaviors
Requirements:
- Associate’s Degree preferred in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Speech-Language Pathology, or licensed SLP-A, or related field
- At least 6 months of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience, 1 year (Preferred)
- Completion of 40 hours Registered Behavior Technician Training (may be provided by SPG, if needed)
- RBT Certification preferred but not required
- Ability to work with students in-person
- Fingerprint background clearance
- Tuberculosis (TB) clearance
- Employment is contingent upon being vaccinated and boosted (when eligible) against COVID-19 and related variants. Legal COVID vaccination exemptions (i.e., for disability or religious beliefs or practices) in compliance with applicable law will be considered for unvaccinated individuals
- Bilingual Spanish skills a plus!
