Job Description
SPG Therapy & Education one of the most respected groups of pediatric providers in California, is seeking full- and part-time BCBAs to join our multidisciplinary team of behavior specialists, school psychologists, OTs, PTs, SLPs, and mental health counselors.
Salary range - $80000-$110000 annually.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supervision in accordance with requirements from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans
- Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans for assigned caseload
- Monitor skill acquisition programming and provide training to enhance treatment outcomes for assigned caseload
- Maintain regular communication with school staff and supervisors

Requirements
- Current BCBA certification
- At least two years of school-based experience implementing ABA interventions and/or supervising programs for students with Autism and related disabilities
- Experience training school staff and parents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong speaking, writing, and listening skills and the ability to work as a collaborative and supportive team member
- Fingerprint background clearance
- Tuberculosis (TB) clearance
