SPG Therapy & Education is currently hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts for school-based positions. SPG is dedicated to providing all employees with a unique mentoring program and maintaining strong, collaborative client relationships. This position would be for the 2026-2027 school year!
**Must have 2 years of school-based experience
Salary: $80000-$110000 annually.

Responsibilities:
- Provide Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supervision in accordance with requirements from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans
- Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans for assigned caseload
- Monitor skill acquisition programming and provide training to enhance treatment outcomes for assigned caseload
- Maintain regular communication with school staff and supervisors

Requirements:
- Current BCBA certification
- At least two years of school-based experience implementing ABA interventions and/or supervising programs for students with Autism and related disabilities
- Experience training school staff and parents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong speaking, writing, and listening skills and the ability to work as a collaborative and supportive team member
- General Requirements:
- Fingerprint background clearance
- Tuberculosis (TB) clearance
